Report Access Issues

We appreciate that the issues with venue access are frustrating for all. Please use this form if you've had issues entering the venue using an access code, or if your lane was not correctly activated.

Please answer all questions as accurately as possible. Doing so will help us resolve the access issues for all members and staff!

Name of booking user. If the booking was for a team, you can add that also (eg "Joe Bloggs - Year 7 Friday Training").
Your mobile number. (If the code was issued to someone else and forwarded to you, give your number not theirs.)
Enter the booking number from the email received when placing your booking. If email subject was Booking 1716 @ Howick Pakuranga Cricket Club, enter 1716. If not booked through Bookanet, describe how you obtained the access code ("supplied by coach", "booked via phonecall" etc).
Enter the access code you tried at the venue entrance.
What happened when you entered the access code? Were there any sounds or lights from the access pad? Did the door open? Did the lane lights activate?

What time did this happen, as accurately as you can give it? This helps us match the issue to records in the club alarm system.
